These three converted barns The Hayloft (ref UKC671) which is detached, The Byre (ref UKC672) and The Dairy (ref UKC673), have all been finished to a good standard and sit in a beautifully landscaped courtyard with rural views across open countryside. The barns provide a secluded peaceful holiday home for families and couples alike in the heart of the Cornish countryside, yet are only minutes from the golden sands of Holywell Bay and Crantock on the dramatic North Cornwall coast. They are surrounded by rolling green fields on all sides providing that rural idyllic retreat and they were once part of a farm owned by the local National Trust manor house, Trerice Manor, which can still be visited.
The nearby village of St Newlyn East, with its typical country pub and golf course, is easily reached, and the surfing town of Newquay with its seven stunning beaches is just minutes away with its many attractions including a zoo, sealife centre, Crealy Adventure Park, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, leisure centre, golf course, pitch and put course, parks and gardens. Newquay has many restaurants, cafés, and shops as well as beaches with surfing and surf schools, and dramatic cliff top walks.
