Number 19 has been lovingly restored by its owners in traditional Cornish stone, carefully retaining some of the magical period features yet transforming the inside to a light, reverse level accommodation providing a delightful and comfortable holiday home.
The cottage sits in a slightly elevated position close to the great local amenities of Trewellard and Pendeen, with a selection of pubs serving great local food and ales as well as tea rooms, small shop and a post office. The area is popular with walkers as it is within easy walking distance of the coastal paths with the dramatic coastline and mining heritage which gave the setting for the Poldark TV series. Nearby is Pendeen lighthouse which links the coastal path, past the famous Crown Mines which are dotted along the cliff face to the breathtaking Cape Cornwall, with its wild rocky outcrops.
The location is perfect for exploring the delights of west Cornwall and is in easy reach of the beautiful, white sandy beach of Sennen Cove, popular with surfers.
