"Beautiful house in superb location
Our stay here was absolutely lovely. The house is really nice with some great touches such as underfloor heating, wood burning stove and really big shower room. The large garden is very pretty with established trees and plants and the south facing decking is a real sun trap and a great place to relax and let the world go by. The location within this great village is superb for visiting the local shops, restaurants and pubs or for walks to the beach or along the coastal path. Hope to come back soon."

"Lovely, comfortable house with fab views
We stayed at this beautiful house in St Agnes with our two boys and had such a lovely home from home stay. The accommodation was light, airy and modern and had everything we needed for our stay, exactly what we were hoping for. The views from the house were stunning and the location peaceful. It was lovely having our morning cuppa watching the world go by. It was a big bonus for us that the beach, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance especially with two young children. There is parking at the house but you can also park at the top of the lane, which is literally 2 minute walk if that or at the bottom of the hill which we chose to do. We would love to stay here again in the near future."

"Beautiful house in a great location, near the beach and village centre
This is a really lovely house, fitted and furnished to a very high standard. We are seasoned Cornwall visitors, and were looking for somewhere near the beach and village in St Agnes (or 'Aggie' as locals affectionately call it!) Turfrick fitted the bill really well. Walking distance to the lovely Trevaunance Cove beach, as well as the mixture of traditional pubs and contemporary foodie places in St Agnes itself. It's also a good base for exploring other parts of Cornwall. The house is set in gardens on all four sides, which our boys loved exploring, and is blessed with stunning views (including one of Cornwall's famous old tin mines). Inside is very tastefully decorated, but without feeling like you're in a show home. We were very at home, and very relaxed during our stay here. Great find, in a lovely part of North Cornwall."

"Perfect...except for the driveway
This place is a lovely lovely place, beautiful views, fab location, everything you need for a home from home, including our two dogs staying free! The massive down side is the parking...or rather the driveway you need to scale to get to the parking space! It seriously needs looking at, how are people expected to go up a one way lane, reverse in said lane, 45' angle with stone walls either side up a sheer driveway?? What doesn't help the already difficult situation is there is a white van or pick up truck constantly parked at the bottom of the drive making the "swing round" reverse even harder. We both felt this really let the property down as we were even going to book to return next year but after a week of hassle parking, we will not be returning. We paid good money for the beautiful house and expect to have half decent parking to go with it. We know Cornwall very well and have been coming here for over 30 years so we know all about lanes and tight spaces but unfortunately this one takes the biscuit. So sorry to write this but I feel it is not stressed enough in the description of the property."
