"The perfect cosy cottage for us
A couple of nit-picking negatives before I describe the wealth of positives about this superb property. It does have a harbour view from the very pleasant outdoor decked area; however it is quite a narrow view between the two adjacent properties and can be obscured if the neighbour hangs out their washing to dry.....fortunately this only occurred once during our one-week stay. The ONLY other thing that might bother some guests is the very occasional, very moderate noise we heard from the property above but this did not bother us at all. Now the many positives. Nanette communicated brilliantly with us both before and during our stay; this was very much appreciated. The property is absolutely delightful. It is very spacious, extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. All the furnishings are tasteful. The welcome pack was exceptionally good and really impressed us. We absolutely loved the luxury of having nice fluffy bath robes provided and the supplied toiletries were all lovely. The bed was as comfortable as anything we have ever slept in. We loved having the luxury of having a big sofa each to lounge on in the evenings. The location is fantastic; literally a 30 second walk from the front door takes you to the charm of Mousehole's beautiful, quaint harbour. We totally fell in love with Mousehole and Amarrah; both are beautiful and we feel very privileged to have stayed at both.
