"Cornish china clay heritage converted into twenty-first century top quality comfort
This was a fabulous place to stay - part of Cornish china clay heritage converted into twenty-first century top quality comfort and such a lot of space inside. A really lovely conversion of the old drying kiln. As a location it was so close to the Eden Project that we walked. Lots to do - we went out on visits every day. We also drove north and south of the county easily from here. Son was happy with the WiFi connection and DVD player! We didn't spend a lot of time outside - being October but we made friends with the cat! All the cottages were booked but we didn't hear a sound from anyone else - just saw them on their way in and out like us - so a good sense of privacy. Lovely place!"

"
Pretty and spacious holiday home with an interesting history. We visited the Wheal Martyn China Clay pit, where we saw similar clay drying facilities. We liked the diversity of Cornwall and every day was different: beach, coast, pretty villages, industrial heritage, gardens etc."

"
We had a fantastic stay at The Leat. The property is very comfortable and close to lots of local attractions including the Eden project and some lovely beaches and days out. The owners have put a lot of effort into making the accommodation family friendly. They were both very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We would certainly recommend the accommodation to others."

"
Fantastic accommodation with really nice and approachable owners. It is very central to most places in Cornwall and only a 5 minute drive to the Eden Project. Highly recommend."
